To examine the presence of fisheries and ocean stakeholder (e.g., tourism, shipping, military, etc.) activity around California’s 27 platforms to limit the potential for space use conflicts. Additionally, to engage leaders from various stakeholder groups to ensure that the principal concerns of these groups are identified and appropriately addressed.
